• No Delivery Charges: Currently, we offer free delivery in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. There are no delivery charges for these areas.

• Installation and Additional Costs: Installation charges, stabilizer, stand, and other related costs will be communicated to the customer. These charges will depend on the ongoing schemes and policies of the company.
• Installation Choice: Customers have the option to choose whether they want to avail of the installation services from us. If they opt not to use our services, it remains their responsibility to register the product with the company for warranty and other services.
• Payment for Additional Services: Payment for any additional services, as per the company's current schemes, will be collected in accordance with the terms discussed during the post-purchase call.

6. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar District, Uttar Pradesh, India.
